We are seeking a Field Estimator/Sales Representative who will play a key role in managing customer relationships, preparing estimates for restoration work, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite inspections of property damage (water, fire, mold, storm, etc.)

Prepare accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate or similar software

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients

Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities

Collaborate with our production and office teams to ensure job success

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in restoration, construction estimating, or related sales roles

Knowledge of Xactimate software preferred (or willingness to learn)

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
