We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Lathe Mill Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of technical expertise, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and a passion for creating high-quality products. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and technologies in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Lathe Mill Machinist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Operating and maintaining CNC lathe and mill machines to perform a series of machining operations as per the production requirements.
2. Interpreting complex blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances to plan machining activities.
3. Setting up, adjusting, and programming control systems for CNC machines.
4. Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving any machine malfunctions or production errors.
6. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
7. Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
8. Participating in continuous professional development and training activities to keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Lathe Mill Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in operating and maintaining CNC lathe and mill machines.
3. Strong knowledge of machining operations, tooling, and production processes.
4. Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering plans.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness.
8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in CNC machining or a related field is a plus.
