JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a
Field Engineer to support a nationwide hardware upgrade project in healthcare environments. This role will focus on
hardware replacements for automated medication dispensing cabinets, ensuring seamless implementation and compliance with project requirements.
National travel will be required for this role, Monday-Friday.AS A FIELD ENGINEER, YOU CAN EXPECT TO HAVE THESE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform hardware replacements, including hard drive swaps (training provided)
- Manage site cleanup, including submitting and closing out RMAs, and handling the return or disposal of unused implementation materials
- Communicate effectively with specialists, consultants, project support managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met
- After training, responsibilities may expand to:
- Installing, configuring, and supporting pharmaceutical hardware/software remotely or onsite
- Troubleshooting hardware/software and escalating issues as necessary
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU'LL NEED EXPERIENCE SUCH AS: - Strong technical support/service background required
- Experience with hardware break/fix (support, repair, replacement, disposal) is required
- Must be available for nationwide travel Monday-Friday
- Experience working in healthcare environments is strongly preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE: - Remote/field based position
- 100% travel required - local & national
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
- Must be able to push heavy equipment and have good dexterity for doing routine configuration tasks
- Must be willing and able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with the support of lifting devices
- Standing/sitting for prolonged periods of time may be required
- Position may require a fair degree of physical activity and motion to include pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping and bending frequently
