Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Field Application Specialist to join our client's rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the successful adoption of our client's advanced edge machine learning processor. You will engage closely with customers, offering your technical expertise, pre-sales support, and post-sales solutions to ensure product performance and integration surpass expectations. This position provides an exciting chance to be at the cutting edge of machine learning and edge computing technology.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a field application engineer, technical support, or in a customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience with semiconductor products, processors, or hardware acceleration technologies.
- A strong background in edge computing and machine learning applications is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and debugging.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or similar.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and edge computing environments.
- Understanding of processor architectures, accelerators, and performance optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
