PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be the primary technical interface between the company and its customers. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring that our products are seamlessly integrated into customer applications. You will work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, providing pre- and post-sales support.
  • Understand customer applications and requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Provide on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist customers in the integration and implementation of company products into their manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop custom solutions based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure that products meet customer specifications and performance expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product lines and their applications in manufacturing.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to guide future product enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user guides, and training materials.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal teams.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product management and R&D teams to align product offerings with market needs.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor products to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's market position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related engineering field with 5+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support, field applications, or engineering role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in CCL/PCB manufacturing processes and systems are required.
  • Trained quality and statistic knowledge are needed as basic engineering sense.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficient in technical documentation and the creation of user guides and training materials.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 50% travel).

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock.
  • The job involves working with pumps, boilers, ovens, moving equipment and machines exposing the Maintenance Supervisor to the above conditions.
  • While some physical disability can be accommodated, the daily demands of the position, which includes assisting with work, require a physically capable employee.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud (it varies).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with failure analysis on circuit boards and lab equipment.
  • Knowledge of PCB and CCL processes and designs, including stackup and pattern.
  • Familiarity with PCB and CCL processes to get the same language in speaking with customers.
  • Experience in quality system, mythology and tool while handling quality issue with customers.
