Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Application Engineer at AirTAC USA Corporation in Katy, TX. Other responsibilities see below.
- Failure identification, identification of suitable measures, and fault clearance.
Initiation of On-Site Support if necessary.
Customers' compliance and certifications questions.
Training on expert knowledge to colleagues and customers.
Answers technical questions and solves technical problems of customers and sales team remotely or at the customer site.
Product interchangeability.
Tradeshows and other product advertising support.
Qualifications- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in a similar technical support role
- Knowledge of pneumatic components is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
