Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery, follow-up, and maintenance of product/technical solutions for North American clients.
- Handle on-site installation and product debugging during the delivery phase.
- Conduct project evaluation and analysis based on customer requirements and provide corresponding solutions.
- Assist sales teams in pre-sales technical presentations, product demonstrations, and technical Q&A.
- Provide professional services to local customers, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during product usage.
- Collect and summarize customer requirements and post-sales technical feedback, reporting to relevant personnel to assist in improving the product system.
- Document customer requirements and provide technical reports to the product and R&D teams for necessary updates.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with basic tools such as CANOE.
- Knowledge of CAN bus and UDS protocol.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Hardware/Software, Communications, or related fields preferred.
- Automotive industry experience with at least 3 years in technical support for integrated solutions.
- Strong English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills required.
- Proficient in software, hardware, and networking, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and strong communication skills.
