Your Role: Field Sales Account Manager
As our Public Sector Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our mission to enhance educational experiences for young minds. Here's what you can expect:
Responsibilities:
- Market Mastery: dive deep into the unique challenges and opportunities of the Public Education sector with a sharp focus on Early Elementary Education. Uncover insights into purchasing behavior, competitive dynamics, legislative impact, and budgetary factors.
- Strategic Account Management: develop and maintain robust account plans for the Public Sector Early Childhood space. Cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner.
- Product Expertise: possess an intimate understanding of our products and services tailored for Early Elementary Education. Showcase how our offerings align with the distinct needs of these Institutions.
- Compelling Presentations: craft and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of our products for the Early Elementary Education space.
- Tailored Proposals: create customized proposals and quotations that address the unique requirements and budget constraints of our public sector clients.
- Collaboration Hub: work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align our offerings with the evolving demands and trends in Public Education.
- Sales Targets Champion: set, pursue, and exceed sales targets and objectives. Keep management informed of your progress, addressing sales goals.
- Regulatory Savvy: stay abreast of Education-related regulations, funding opportunities, and procurement procedures. Ensure compliance with guidelines relevant to the Public Sector.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the preK-6 public sector or early education industry is a requirement, with a focus on Early education and the broader Public Sector.
- Familiarity with Education-related products and services, especially those tailored for Elementary Education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying value in Public Sector contexts.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies, with a focus on Public Sector trends and needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Educational regulations and policies affecting the Public Sector.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency, Spanish/English, is preferred.
