FHA Property Preservation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a variety of services within the property preservation process.
Your specific duties will include: - Handling both pre-sale and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, and trash-outs.
- Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed accurately and on time.
- Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion.
- Interacting directly with clients in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries.
- Utilizing multiple databases and software programs to perform and complete daily job duties.
- Negotiating and submitting bids into HUD's P260 database for approval.
- Conveying properties to meet HUD standards for later sale.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- FHA experience is required.
- Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within multiple databases.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
