As the FF&E Project Manager, you'll lead the planning, procurement, and installation of FF&E packages from concept through completion. You'll collaborate closely with designers, vendors, clients, and construction teams to bring vision to reality-on time and on budget.

Our client is leading design and project management firm specializing in high-end commercial interiors. With a reputation for delivering detail-driven, design-forward spaces, we collaborate with top architects, designers, and developers across the country. We're currently seeking an experienced FF&E Project Manager to join our dynamic New York team.

Description


The FF&E Project Manager will:

  • Manage all aspects of FF&E procurement, logistics, and installation

  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation

  • Source furniture, lighting, art, and accessories per design intent

  • Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, track orders, and ensure timely delivery

  • Oversee quality control, punch lists, and final installations on site

  • Collaborate with design and architectural teams to align FF&E with overall project goals

  • Prepare client presentations, spec books, and procurement reports


Profile


  • 5+ years of experience in FF&E project management within interior design or architecture

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor relations, and materials

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with procurement software a plus

  • Impeccable organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously

  • Detail-oriented with a strong design sensibility - general knowledge of Building and Construction codes
