I am working with a client that is seeking a Feed Mill Manager in Northwest Maryland. Looking for someone with prior milling experience capable of hitting-the-ground-running. Feed Mill Manager Responsibilities:
- Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
- Oversee production
- Manage a crew of employees
- Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
- Utilize company resources
Feed Mill Manager Requirements:
- Prior experience within a milling or grain elevator setting
- Ability to train and manage crew
- Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot
Comp: $90K-$110K base DOE bonus potential
