Title: Federal Construction Coordinator
Location: Milton, WA (Joint Base Lewis-McChord)
Hours: 6:30AM-3:30PM
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Federal Construction Coordinator to join a construction client of ours in the Milton, WA area in a base environment. This individual will be fully on site from 6:30AM-3:30PM. This individual must come from a strong construction office background in at least one of the following: telecom, electrical, commercial, DoD, or utility. Federal experience and knowledge or federal regulations including FAR are required. Must feel comfortable independently using computers and Microsoft products. This person will lead documentation, coordination, timelines, and safety procedures on construction projects.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in construction office environments
- Federal and federal regulation experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to interpret/apply FAR and government safety terms
Compensation:
$65,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary.
