We are looking for an experienced Federal Account Executive to join a great organization. Candidates should be well-versed in building pipelines of biddable federal opportunities, managing the entire sales lifecycle, and fostering long term relationships


Job Summary:

The Federal Account Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business within the U.S. Federal Government. This role focuses on relationship building, understanding agency needs, and aligning solutions to drive growth. Ideal candidates are sales-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about federal business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new Federal customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and client relationships.
  • Lead discovery sessions and product demos.
  • Contribute to proposal strategies and processes.
  • Represent the company at Federal industry events.
  • Maintain CRM data and forecast sales.
  • Create account plans and stay updated on Federal market trends.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in sales or account management (Federal experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated, organized, and eager to grow in Federal sales.
  • Familiar with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 a plus).
  • Willingness to learn Federal processes and tech trends.
  • Must pass background checks and meet security clearance requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
