About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive FBA Reimbursement Executive to manage and maximize reimbursements for our Amazon business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Amazon FBA, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support to recover lost or incorrect fees.
Key Responsibilities: Identify discrepancies in Amazon FBA transactions, including lost inventory, damaged goods, incorrect fee charges, and customer return issues.
File and track reimbursement claims with Amazon Seller Support.
Maintain accurate records of all reimbursement requests and ensure timely follow-ups.
Use Amazon reports and tools to analyze financial discrepancies.
Work closely with the finance and operations teams to reconcile Amazon reimbursements.
Stay updated on Amazon FBA policies and ensure compliance.
Requirements: Experience in Amazon FBA reimbursements or e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and reimbursement processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with reimbursement tools or software.
Previous experience in an Amazon agency or e-commerce business.
Knowledge of Amazon's policies and reporting system.
