Role Description
Ideabright Infotech is looking for a full-time remote FBA and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management:
- Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to increase product visibility.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment.
Marketplace Expansion:
- Identify and explore opportunities to expand our presence on other ecommerce platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies for entering new marketplaces.
Customer Engagement:
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and other relevant metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Amazon FBA and Ecommerce Specialist or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms.
- Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for market research.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in FBA and Ecommerce management
- Experience with eBay, Google Shopping, and Amazon
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
- Experience analyzing and optimizing listings, utilizing A/B testing and other data analysis methods
- Experience with order management, inventory management, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field preferred
