Fashion Design Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and creative Fashion Assistant to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, working closely with our fashion design experts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn about various aspects of the industry, including design, distribution, product management and sales. We are only accepting candidates with experience in fashion design (sewing, garment stitching, fabric sampling, fashion illustration).

Position: Full Time (Mon-Fri)

Qualifications:
- Fashion Design Degree
- Proficient in English
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new fashion collections by contributing ideas and concepts.
- Support the design team with tasks related to garment construction and fashion styling.
- Help create visual presentations using graphic design skills to showcase collections.
- Participate in product management activities, including inventory tracking and sales analysis.
- Collaborate with the retail team to understand customer preferences and assist in selling strategies.
- Conduct market research on current fashion trends and competitor analysis.
- Assist in sewing samples or prototypes as needed for upcoming collections.
- Maintain organized records of designs, samples, and materials.
