Permanent Medical Director - Primary Care in Lancaster, NH

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee outpatient care operations and provide clinical supervision to primary care practitioners.
- Spend approximately 12 hours per week on medical director responsibilities and 28 hours as a primary care clinician.
- Manage daily clinical operations and facilitate office flow.
- Provide care for 20-24 patients daily, optimizing EMR systems while ensuring best practice standards.
- Participate in community call, likely 1:4, including local nursing home patient obligations.
- Collaborate with a supportive RN team leader and medical assistants.
- Coordinate with various specialist services available through the local hospital.
- Work closely with marketing and IT support to enhance practice volume.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- 5+ years of recent experience in outpatient primary care - REQUIRED
- Current or previous leadership experience in a medical setting - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice history and active NH medical license or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Prior leadership experience is highly preferred.
License and Certification Requirements:
