Locums - Family Medicine MD/DO, Bloomfield, IN
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP and ongoing 32 hours per week / Temp-to-Perm candidates only
- Preferred Schedule: Coverage days are flexible - hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Primary Care / Even better if provider has experience in Women's Health
- Patient Population: Peds to geriatrics
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IN active, unrestricted license, DEA, BLS, Board Cert or True Board Elig
- EMR: Allscripts
