Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $255,000 - $290,000
- Provider Bonus Plan
- Longevity Pay $5,000 added to salary every five years
- Sign-on Bonus with two or more years of commitment

Responsibilities:
- Providing Primary Care to Patients of All Ages in a Family Practice clinic setting
- 5-Day Week
- Monday Friday (8AM 5PM)
- 22 Patients Per Day
- 100% Outpatient Ambulatory Services
Requirements:
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of California
- Current and Active DEA Registration
- Board-certified or Board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
- New Grads Will be Considered
