Practice Overview:

• Location: NGPG Chestnut Mountain

• EMR Platform EPIC

• Current Practice: 5 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners

• Outpatient care

• Office hours 8am to 5pm

• Treating ages adolescent and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses

• Proximity to a wide variety of specialists on hospital campus

• Adequate support staff to maintain efficiency

• Caring for patients in a growing community
