Sports Medicine Physician opening in Indiana
Located in Richmond, IN - just 30 minutes from Dayton & 1 hour from both Indianapolis & Cincinnati
Full-time, permanent opening
Hospital-employed position
Joining a team of 20 full-time & 5 PRN providers
Approximately 70 staff members within the service line
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm with walk-in clinic
No call requirements

Education/Experience:
Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Sport Medicine Fellowship required
Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
Licensure: Indiana Medical License
Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
