Direct Hire Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Role in Fort Royal, VirginiaClinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our partner's full-time team in the Fort Royal, VA area.This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITYKey Responsibilities for the Emergency Medicine PA: Work with physician group to provide care in a critical access and emergency-focused hospitalManage a caseload of patients, roughly 15-20 per shift, assessing, diagnosing, and treating medical and surgical conditionsKey Requirements for the Emergency Medicine PA: 0-2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, with emergency medicine focus or experienceMust have strong knowledge of emergency in order to assist physicians and APPsExperience working alongside physicians in the EDCurrent and valid Physician Assistant License, or exam eligibilityCompensation and Schedule for the Emergency Medicine PA: Target Compensation is $60-$85/hr, Dependent on Experience (+ additional opportunities)Comprehensive benefits plan and 401k12-hour shifts, flexible shifts/days
