Job Details:
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule.
- Outpatient Clinic setting seeing patients of all ages for physicals, sick/well visits, immunizations, etc
- Must be proficient with chronic disease management
- 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required
- Must have Texas active license and DEA
