We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner orPhysician Assistant to join one of our Internal Medicine practices in Swansea,MA. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environmentwith access to extensive onsite services and no after-hours responsibilities.
About the Role: - Full-time, 4-5 days/week (Nonights, weekends, or holiday call)
- See patients independentlyunder a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician.
- Provide high-quality care,assuming responsibility for patient management commensurate with experience,training, and confidence.
- Utilize our eClinicalWorks electronicmedical record, supported by voice recognition and AI software for efficientdocumentation.
- Office-based servicesinclude onsite phlebotomy and X-ray, with access to full Laboratory, Radiology,Cardiac and Pulmonary Testing, Allergy, GI Endoscopy, Physical Therapy, andInfectious Diseases services within the network.
- We are prepared to beginlicensure, onboarding, and insurance credentialing immediately to facilitate aseamless start.
Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive salary range:$120,000 - $140,000.

Requirements: - 1-3 years of Primary Careexperience preferred.
