NP/PA Primary Care opportunity in Stayton, OR

About the Job- Full-time, permanent
- Seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to enhance our healthcare team of innovated leaders.
- 32-36 hours of clinical patient care per week, with attendant administrative time and tasks.

Responsibilities- Care for a spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day, seeing a panel of families and individuals through both chronic illnesses and acute concerns.
- The provider is the anchor of an integrated clinical team, including medical assistants, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers, and others.
- The successful candidate may be flexible in providing care across our clinic system, working with multiple colleagues from week to week, or may be located in a home clinic.
Qualifications- Active Licensed PA or NP in the state of Oregon
- Current DEA License
- 2 or more years of experience, preferably in rural community medicine
