Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $94,000 to $132,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Full-time, Monday Friday outpatient role
- Perform physical exams, order labs, prescribe treatments and medications
- Educate patients on preventative care and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and the care team
- Shared phone-only call rotation among providers
- Document accurately in Athena EHR and complete daily workflows
- Actively participate in quality initiatives and patient-centered care programs
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active Physician Assistant license in Florida
- NCCPA Certification (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants)
- Active DEA license
- Fluent Spanish speaker Spanish-speaking required
- Experience with value-based healthcare models preferred
