Health Center is looking for an NP/PA Primary Care to fill their Locums need.
Schedule:
Hospital Hours: 24/7
Work schedule: 8a-4:30p
Number of shifts: 8-12 per month
Lunch schedule: 30 minutes
Dates of coverage: Every Saturday and every other Friday, in addition to any vacation requests
Submission Requirements
- DEA - REQUIRED (required to move to work onsite)
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Provider must be local and within driving distance to the facility - REQUIRED
