We are seeking a Locums Nurse Practitioner (NP)or Physician Assistant (PA) in Bronx, NY, for a flexible, part-time or full-time positionwith no nights or weekends. The role involves providing comprehensiveprimary care to geriatric PACE participants in their homes,ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Small daily patient census: 3-5 patients per day
- Flexible schedule: Seeking 2-4 days per week, Monday-Friday
- No nights, no weekends
Compensation: $75-80 per hour
Requirements:
- Active NP or PA Board Certification
- Medicare & Medicaid Provider ID (REQUIRED)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
- Spanish speaking is a preferred, but not required
- Experience in home care and geriatrics preferred
