Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Coverage Needed:

• June 16, 2025 - Ongoing
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• No call required

Clinical Details:

• Patient Population: Newborns to Geriatrics
• Patients per Day: Up to 16
• Setting: Outpatient ambulatory - Community Health Center
• Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatrician, and local health care administrator
• EMR: EPIC
• Procedures: Basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Active WA license
• Active WA DEA
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an FNP with recent face-to-face patient contact, including pediatrics
• Background: Clean background with no malpractice
• Vaccinations: Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
• Languages: Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus
