Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic team for a Full-Time position in Woodlands, TX.
POSITION DETAILS
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week with minimal call after hours and weekends
Licensing: Preference given to applicants with Compact Licensing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-person visits at our Woodlands office as required.
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care.
Participate in minimal after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Two to three years of experience in family medicine is required.
Active Compact License or eligibility for state licensing preferred.
Strong telemedicine or virtual care experience is an asset.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
