Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for part-time assignment April 14-23 at their Corporate Health clinic in Spanish Fork, UT. Provider will see employees and their dependents ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Tuesday 9:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break and Wednesday 3:00pm-7:00pm. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty and a current Utah state dispensing license to qualify for this assignment. Client prefers more local candidates.
