Requirements:
  • Atleast 1-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or extensive experienceas a Registered Nurse in Emergency Room or Intensive Care Unit settings.
  • Graduateof an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program
  • Mastersdegree in Nursing
  • Certifiedas a nurse practitioner by an approved certifying organization.
  • Activeand unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana.
  • Prescriptiveauthority, DEA certification
  • CurrentCPR certification
  • Transportationand valid drivers license
  • Strongorganizational and time management skills.
  • Provenability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibilityand adaptability in patient care and scheduling.
  • Basiccomputer proficiency, including experience with electronic medical records.
  • Bilingualin Spanish is preferred, but not required.
