Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Full-Time Coverage for Structural Heart Team

We are seeking a provider to cover a position in our structural heart team. The previous provider had to cancel, and we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
• Flexibility to work four 10-hour shifts per week if necessary
• No weekends

Patient Load:

• Patient encounters per shift: 8-10

Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification Required: Yes
• Minimum Board Certification: Certified
• Credentialing Time Frame: Approximately 90 days
• Fellowship: Required

Certifications Needed:

• ACLS: Yes
• BLS: Yes

Additional Information:

• The facility requires physicians to be board certified
• Bids from providers with IMLC are not allowed
• Trauma Level: 0
• Pediatric Level: 0
