Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Locum Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Employee Health Clinic
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Bay Area)
Assignment Dates: June 30, 2025 August 27, 2025 (9-week contract with possible extension)
Clinic Type: Employee Health Corporate/Occupational Health
Shift Details:

• Monday Wednesday

• 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Responsibilities:

• Conduct health evaluations and physical assessments

• Treat minor work-related injuries and illnesses

• Perform wellness screenings, vaccinations, and TB tests

• Support COVID-19 protocols and return-to-work evaluations

• Collaborate with on-site physicians, RNs, and administrative staff

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Epic preferred)

• Educate employees on preventive care and lifestyle improvements
Requirements:

• Current California RN & NP license

• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• BLS certification (ACLS a plus)

• Minimum 1 2 years of clinical experience (occupational health preferred)

• Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Compensation & Benefits:
