Full-time Permanent opportunity in the southern Salt Lake City, UT area for a Family Medicine NP or PA:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Schedule is 4 days, 10 hours shifts. No call schedule.
- About 15-20 patients per day.
- All ages.
- Seeking providers with min 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in Family or Internal Medicine.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese speaking would be great too.
- Community Health setting and working with the underserved and uninsured.
