Client seeking NP/PHY for contract assignment in Prattville, AL starting ASAP - December 31. Hours are Monday/Tuesday, 7:30am - 6:00pm with a 60-minute break; Wednesday, 7:30am - 12:00pm; Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and some occupational health. Clinic is staffed by a RN. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
