Requirements:

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the Oregon Board of Nursing.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, specifically EPIC/OCHIN

Responsibilities:

• Provides advanced nursing care in the treatment of acute, episodic, chronic, and psychiatric illnesses and disorders.

• Perform advanced care to patients under limited access to a physician or works in an environment where physician availability is typically limited.

• Works independently with minimal supervision providing diagnosis and treatment according to protocol.
