Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provider must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care
• Split office locations between Whitefield and Lancaster

Primary Care:

• Pediatric through Geriatric
• High elderly population
• Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
• 18-22 patients per day
• 36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
• EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
