Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeking NP/PA for shifts between August 28 and September 15 Provider will see adults for diagnosing and treating chronic diseases and acute/episodic occurrences; perform physical examinations; order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests; record physical findings and formulate plan and prognosis; submit health care plan and goals; prescribes/recommends drugs and other treatments; and refer patients with complex medical issues.

Hours are August 28 - September 1, 6:00am - 2:30pm; September 8, 6:00am - 2:30pm; September 15, 6:00am - 2:30pm. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment as well as have experience in clinical settings. Preferred qualifications are being proficient in the use of an electronic medical record, experience with eClinicalWorks, meet all state requirements and licensed, experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine, Phlebotomy certification.
