Family Medicine NP or PA - Southern Idaho
- Health Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Family Medicine practice
- Base salary: $110,000 - $115,000 plus quality incentives and potential production incentive
- Schedule:
- Most weeks are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
- Every 5-6 weeks provider will work Tuesday and Thursday 11:30 am to 7:30 pm.
- Occasional Saturdays required from 8 am to 5 pm. When working a Saturday, provider will be off Sunday and Monday
- Assigned call every 4-6 weeks - screened by answering service
- EMR: Athena
