Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting June 2-August 29 at their Corporate Health Center in Greeley, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Client can be flexible with daily schedule, starting at 8am or 8:30am, with or without a 30-minute lunch break.
