Locum Primary Care NP/PA need in Fairfield, CA
Hospital-Affiliated Primary Care Clinic
Looking for someone ASAP.
Credentialing: 90days max, but client will push this through.
3 or 6 month commitment
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Patient Volume: 16-18
Procedures:
Nurse Practitioner provides routine direct care to primary care clinic patients. This includes but is not limited to recheck and same-day appointments. Performs physical examinations; performs or orders diagnostic tests; performs procedures and treatments; establishes diagnosis; prescribes medications; instructs patients and family members about medical conditions and treatment. Provides continuity for patients with assigned physician practices.
EMR: Cerner
Additional Info: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources. Team size overall: 7 MD/DO 2 NP, 1 PA.
