Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts between July 1-August 28 at their Corporate Health clinic in Euclid, OH. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Current shift needs are July 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 10, & 14 and August 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20 21, 25 & 28.
