Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Annashae is seeking to staff an expereinced Family Nurse Practitoner at a Psychiatric Mental Health Center outside of Carbondale, Illinois. This position is a Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week. 8 am - 4 pm.
Provides primary medical care to individuals on a hospital wide basis. Performs general medical evaluations and provides ongoing medical care and relevant diagnostic and treatment services as needed. Conducts physical/medical examinations at time of admission and/or at request of physician. Documents findings and recommendations and writes progress notes concerning individual s progress; orders and interprets laboratory tests or other diagnostic procedures.
