Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for June 13, 16, 17, 19, & 20 and July 7, 8, 10, & 11 at their Corporate Health clinic in Blanchester, OH. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and occupational health. Hours are Monday, Thursday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday 10:00am-7:00pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
