• No after-hours or weekend calls

• Minimum 4-day/week schedule (full-time preferred)

• Dedicated scribes + MAs for each provider

• On-site labs, streamlined triage + EMR

• Advanced Virtual Assistant Program helps with:

  • Documentation

  • Lab coordination

  • Patient intake/screening

  • Phone follow-ups

• Finish your work before you clock out no homework shifts

• Active Virginia NP or PA license

• Clinical experience in Primary or Urgent Care preferred
