Position Highlights:
Full-time Family Medicine opportunity at a recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home
Traditional outpatient practice, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
No OB responsibilities
Access to Generative AI Scribes to ease documentation workload
Inbasket Ninja Program provides coverage for provider messages during absences
Fully integrated Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
First call system in place with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant covering patient calls
Group-employed model with a supportive, team-based care environment
Visa sponsorship available (J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome)
Compensation & Incentives:
Salary range: $320,000 $374,000, based on qualifications, experience, and market standards
Incentive plan with no earnings cap; productivity and performance can significantly increase earnings, even in the first year
Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
Residency stipend of up to $45,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation
Loan repayment options may be available through federal and state programs
Qualifications:
MD, DO, or MBBS
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
New York State medical license
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
DEA certification required
