Description:

• 2-3 Physicians in per office
• Monday - Friday and one or two Saturdays rotated among provider group
• Walk - In Primary Care
• See around 25 patients per day

• We provideexceptional family practice, internal medicine and urgent care close to your home. We have access to an entire network of specialists, should you ever need one.
• 7 offices on Long Island

• Salary around $220k + full benefits.
