Practice Details
  • Schedule: M-F
  • Outpatient Only
  • Travel Position: Physicians will travel to various SNFs/Assisted living facilities in the greater Madison Area
  • Primarily Geriatric work
  • Mileage Reimbursement
  • Full Ancillary Staff
  • No Call, No weekends, No Nights
  • Part Time or Full time option
  • Experience a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits
  • Ballpark salary: $250k as W-2 (negotiable), higher with experience
  • Additional incentive pay

Requirements
  • BE/BC
  • FM or IM
