Clinical Responsibilities
oBoard Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine; completion of ACGME-accredited residency required
oEvaluate, assess, plan, and provide medical care to patients
oParticipate in call coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays
oCoordinate coverage for patients during absences
oCollaborate with colleagues on patient care
oRefer patients to appropriate primary or specialty care as needed
oSupervise and mentor APPs and clinical staff as part of a care team
Performance Improvement
oEngage in continuous performance and quality improvement efforts
oSupport multidisciplinary quality initiatives
oHelp organize educational activities for healthcare professionals
oParticipate in committees as applicable
oAssist with supervision and evaluation of staff
oMaintain effective communication within the care network
Records and Documentation
oEnsure accurate capture of patient encounters for billing
oComplete medical records and required reports in a timely manner
Patient Satisfaction
oSupport initiatives to improve patient access and care continuity
oActively work to enhance patient experience and satisfaction scores
Medical Education
oParticipate in teaching and mentorship of students, residents, and fellows
Compensation
oCompetitive salary range: $259,200 $323,900 annually
